  1. The website has the right to refund the customer if the payment process is suspicious, in accordance with the nature of DEADLY’s operations, without providing a reason to the customer.
  2. The refund process to the customer's bank account will take between 1 to 14 days at most, if the customer wishes to cancel the order, applicable only to incomplete orders.
  3. The customer is not entitled to request the cancellation of the order or a refund after the order is completed.
  4. Exchange: Currently, we do not offer exchanges.
  5. Return: If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service using the number provided at the bottom of the homepage.
