  4. Order Status (Pending Review): Refers to the period between when the order is received by the store and when it is confirmed.

  5. Order Status (Executed – Shipped): Refers to the process where the store completes the delivery of the order to the shipping company.

  4. Before making a payment, the customer must carefully read the details of each product and ensure that it matches their order.
  5. The responsibility of our store ends once the purchased products are delivered to the shipping company or delivered to the customer. DEADLY store is not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods purchased through DEADLY, or any loss or damage that the buyer may suffer as a result.
  6. The store is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the customer to the store or the shipping company regarding the order.
  7. Prices are subject to change or modification at any time without prior notice.
  8. By registering as a customer with us, you agree to be contacted via email, phone, calls, text messages, WhatsApp, or any other communication method, whether for promotional or advertising purposes, or for technical or logistical reasons. Please note that the store management will continuously send promotional or notification messages to inform you of any changes, procedures, promotional activities, new offers, discounts, or products that may be added to the store.
